Day 3 Preview The Scrapbooking Queen's Sneak Peak Blog Hop .

Good Morning Everyone!
Today is our last day of Previews Blog hop for The Scrapbooking Queens stamp Release! If you came from Kathy: Pixie Dust studio, you are on the right track, If not you need to go back to theresa, the scrapbooking queen and start there:-)

We will be picking a stamp winner from each day and giving away the stamp of the day like last time and I believe a grand prize winner will get all three sets. We will pick the winners on Tuesday May 1st.

I used a Cheery lynn Doily Die for behind my image and some MME Paper cause it was girlie looking :-)

Here's a closeup, I used Copic Markers to color, and used a Stampin up oval set of punches for the Queens sentiment

I joined my sentiment with an adorable image from Pixie Dust Studios called Prince Charming.

I added some of the Royal twine to my card in Carriage black with just a few buttons, I thought for this handsome guy "less is more" I did add a piece of my favorite My Minds Eye paper from Quite Contrary line!
Here's a closeup to show off the sentiment and I used Copic Markers to color him in.

I found this cutie, from a digi set called
Pretty Little Princess 1 at the Digi web Studio, and the artist is : Alice smith. I thought she would be perfect to add with one of the Queen's sentiments!
This cutie is decked out with a glass carriage (stickles) and colored with Copic markers!
you can see the sparkle on the carriage and wheels a bit better here.

All That Scraps Wednesday challenge 4/25

Hi Everyone!
My Blogger didn't put this post live yesterday, I am so sorry:-(

It's Wednesday and you know what that means. A new challenge For All That Scraps and We wanted to do something F.U.N. and a little different. We hope you will enjoy this challenge as much as we did.

Let's use the first letters of All That Scraps.
Use any of the first letters for inspiration - here are some examples
A- ACETATE or AQUA
T - TORN or TWINE
S - SIMPLE or SPARKLE

Some things to remember when playing along:

  • Your project must include a stamp that is sold in the All That Scraps store. It will be deleted if not.
  • Link up with Inlinkz by May 8th. This challenge will run two weeks.
  • Prize for this challenge is 3 C.C. Designs rubber stamps of the winners choice
My take on the challenge is I used Animal (I used a foam dimensional under the duck)
I cut my one piece of paper in a triangle
and I made the puddle shiny with stickles and dimensional glaze:-)
I used a Doily die from Cherry Lynn, a border punch from Martha Stewart, and circle punches from Stampin Up
I colored the image with Copic markers:B01, 00, Yr12,Y35, E31,35,11,00,E40,R20, W0

All That Scraps Wednesday challenge reminder

Good Morning all
Today my card is on the All that Scraps Wednesday Challenge reminder post and our challenge goes one more week, so you have plenty of time to play along with us;-) The prize this time around is 5 Digital stamps of the winners choice:-)

I got t use Swiss Pixie, Rainy Day Birgitta stamp, Thank you Christine:-) I love this cutie! and the sentiment from Umbrella Logos stamp set!
I had some old My Minds Eye paper from I believe Quit Contrary line, that is my favorite :-) Added flowers from Wild Orchid crafts were added and I used my leaf punch from MS. I paper pieced the "Umbrella Leaf" to shake things up a bit, hehe and colored my cutie with Copic Markers and gave her highlights with a white gel pen.
I am adding this cutie to my gallery page at Color Me Creative challenge site also, as my extra project of the month since I love the way she came out, to inspire all over there too:-) there are always challenges going on with copic coloring there and Pencils and other alcohol brand markers as well. Suzanne has many classes to help you get better in using alcohol markers as well.

Color Me Creative: Favorite Yellow Combo challenge 41



Hello, To All of you !
I'm here with a wonderful new challenge for Color Me Creative Classroom and a fun one at that! Use your favorite YELLOW Combos to color any image of your choosing! this challenge goes until April 27th

I used Little King by Pixie Dust Studios, (Thank you Kathy for giving us these awesome images to create our card with:-)

Boy is it hard making a "Boy/Guy" Card! I lean towards "girlie" But I put him on Fun colors ! Added a few buttons, the little ones have Rhinestones stuck on that I colored using my Copic B99 marker:-) There is also a bit of Enchanting Twine from The Queens shop into a tiny bow.

I colored her with my Copic markers, and added a cheery lynn die cut, added the spellbinders circles on a piece of DCWV paper actually from the new baby Boy stack, Hehe, I think the Queens new stamp sentiments are perfect with my cutie, and I mixed and matched to make the sentiment!
